Shipping policy
FedEx delivery is free of cost within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. All orders are always delivered by fully insured shipping. All orders require a signature upon delivery. As you are completely responsible for accepting your product upon delivery, please make sure you are there to sign for it when it is delivered.
We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order is dispatched. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. We do not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
Our website is currently not available for shipping outside the contiguous United States. However, our customer service team is available to provide assistance with special orders. Please email your queries to contact@orfevrejewelry.com.
Each piece is custom-crafted to your order, and our skilled team of artisans requires time to meticulously handcraft it for you. Please allow for production and shipping period of approximately 2 to 4 weeks for your orders.
